Sent via email Spring 2009..."Good Morning, I have wanted to write for quite some time and
thought this morning I was finally going to sit down today to give you an
update. First I want to tell you what a beautiful little
dog Tucker (see next five picts below) is! Inside and out he is just the best dog ever. Since bringing him
home I just feel like there is more love in the house and with a recent tragedy
with our Miss Molly our Shar pei we feel even more blessed to have
him. The kids love him to death and pitch in pretty good
with all the normal stuff that isn't as exciting as playing catch. He has his own little toy box with all kinds of
great stuff like chew toys, balls for catch, ropes, and teddy bears. He has a
"Tucker size" lamb that he snuggles up with to nap which matches his fur color
almost perfectly. Our first visit to the vet I didn't think that they
were going to let us leave; our vet fell in love with him. She kept saying how
gorgeous he was. Our neighbors come over and
say hi to Tucker whenever he is out, making the perfect lawn ornament for us!
:) I love that our neighbor dogs come over and they
play together. He gets along with everyone and really has settled into a routine without any issue. I have attached pictures so you can see what a
beautiful smile and light he is. This summer is going to be so much fun. Emily
has already been teaching him tricks. He knows his basic commends well and
Emily has been teaching him to jump through a hula hoop." Very happy customers....
Sincerely, The Johnsons
Sent via email spring 2009..."Hi Karen, I hope all's well with you and your family. Charlie is turning 6 months this week (I think)so I am sending you a picture I took this morning in our back yard. Charlie is growing fast. He is smart with tons of personality and very, very vocal!! He loves going to the dog beach in our town and he is an excellent swimmer and "fetcher". He has been a wonderful addition to our family, so we forgive him when he steals the occasional hamburger from the kitchen counter!! Take care and thank you again for a wonderful pup." John
Sent via email Spring 2009..."I should have written this note months ago. I wanted to take the time to thank
you for our puppy. We named him "Champ". Although our twin boys love him dearly
we actually got him for our 4 year old Golden "Biscuit". I can honestly tell
you that Champ would be content if Biscuit were the only one in the house. I
have rarely seen dogs get along so well. My sister-in-law is a veterinarian and
she has told us how we are so fortunate to have two dogs that are so calm and
love each other so much. Even though Champ is calm overall, I need to tell you
about the seemingly endless wrestling matches that Champ has with Biscuit. This
play fighting takes place multiple times every day for a minimum of 15 minutes
each match. It happens at a minimum 2 times a day but usually takes place many
more times. The family has actually learned to watch movies while the dogs
wrestle and play next to the TV. I have never seen two dogs so competent at
playing with each other without causing injury to the other dog. They enjoy
each other and are enjoyable to have as part of our family. I could not have
picked a better dog for a companion to Biscuit and to our family. I have
included some early pictures of Champ and I have some pictures of both dogs in
their usual position when they are not playing. The last picture was taken just
this morning so you can see how big Champ is getting. Thank you for
Champ!!!" The Sauro Family, Champ & Biscuit (next three picts:)
Below are some pictures of the infamous Gus and Sam. They take a very good picture. Or, is it Mom and Dad taking the good picture...it's both:) Thanks Brian and Sandy for these awesome shots of your babies. Enjoy everyone. We sure do.
A special note regarding Sandy and Brian, we recently learned of their granddaughter Anya's illness. We wanted to post a link to Anya's story in the event that any of our South Branch visitors may be able to provide feedback or assistance.
